content of lesson

Allah conveys His message to humanity through prophets and messengers. What was the nature of these messengers and the message they brought? Were they humans with divine attributes? This lesson sheds light on the answers.

The next article of faith is belief in Allah’s Messengers. A messenger is any human who was chosen by Allah to receive revelation from Him and who was commanded to pass that revelation on.

Muslims believe in the prophets and messengers of God, starting with Adam, then Noah, Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, and Jesus (peace be upon them). God’s final message was revealed to Prophet Muhammad, the last prophet sent by God

Belief in the Prophets & Messengers, Sheik Bilal continues to discuss the moral foundation of Six Pillars of Faith & on the continuity on the Belief on Books.

God sent His prophets to receive guidance from Him (Allah) and deliver it to their people and to be role models to their followers.

God sent the prophets to teach their followers the religious and worldly matters & urge them to fear Allah and to follow His commendations.
